At LGM we build, construct & renovate on residential & commercial projects. Our focus is working on modern extensions, newbuilds & renovations, however we also take on smaller and easier projects in between.

We're looking for a general builder whose expertise is in carpentry & roofing and someone who is familiar/comfortable working on every stage of the build.

Once you've finished the work in your area of expertise, you'll be expected to join in with the other trades.

With having more than 1 job on the go you'll spend most of your time doing what you enjoy but also experiencing all parts of the build process furthering your skill set. LGM is offering a salary of 36,000.00 and above depending on experience and expertise. Benefits of the job include.

Ideal candidate would live at best 30 minutes away from Llandudno but is not a deal breaker.
