Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter/Joiner to join our team. W8 Projects has acquired a job to assemble 6 staircases for a luxury house in TN8, we need 2 guys to assemble these.

There 6 in total. You will be paid 375 per day. You must have an in date CSCS card as it is a construction site.

Job should take 6 days in total with 2 guys. 375 per person each day.

You must start on Monday 28th July 2025. You need your own tools and transport to TN8.

Responsibilities

Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials using hand tools and power tools. Assemble and install cabinets, shelves, drywall, and other fixtures. Perform joinery tasks to create strong connections between materials. Fabricate custom pieces as per project specifications. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with building codes and safety regulations. Assist with heavy lifting during the transportation of materials and equipment. Collaborate with other tradespeople on-site to ensure project completion.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role in construction or woodworking. Proficient in using hand tools such as saws, chisels, hammers, and drills. Experience with power tools including nail guns, sanders, and routers. Strong understanding of joinery techniques and fabrication processes. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job demands. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TOOLS , this is a very simple job for a high end developer. Paid weekly on Friday. We need 2 guys to start this job on Monday and a rate of 375 per day each.
