Job Description

Spiral UK is the leading manufacturer of bespoke stairs in the UK. As a result of our continued success and an increase in orders we are looking to expand our workforce.

The Job:

The works will involve installing architectural metalwork, staircase installation, balconies, balustrades and handrails in both stainless and mild steels for various commercial and residential clients. You will be required to travel and to work on client sites all over the UK, staying away overnight when needed.

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will either be an experienced or trained fitter who is focused and able to work with own initiative under minimal supervision as part of a two man team. It is important that you have a professional manner and good communication skills.

Requirements:

Be able to read and understand technical drawings. Have a valid CSCS card Have a valid UK Driving license. Able to travel to various sites throughout UK,

accommodation and travel paid

Able to stay out overnight during the week when required.
Other skills such as slinger / signaller, IPAF, PASMA etc are all beneficial but not essential as training can be provided if required.

Successful candidate(s) will be paired with an experienced fitter and full training is provided.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday (occasional weekends may be required and overtime rates paid).
