Carpenter / Bench hand Joiner

Bespoke Concrete is a manufacturer of precast concrete products. We specialize in small batch orders and manufacture a variety of different products every day.

We are looking for a skilled construction joiner to work within our Patternshop team, to manufacture, setup, modify and repair timber, polyurethane and fiberglass moulds for concrete products.

Standard hours: Monday - Thursday 07:00 to 15:30. Friday 07:00 to 14:30

What we look for:

Timber product construction experience, in a manufacturing environment or on site

Time served with competency in the manufacture of products made from timber

Ability to be a team player

Reliability

Keen to learn new skills & develop

What our ideal employee would offer:

5 years plus experience in all forms of timber construction working with softwood, hardwood and sheet materials

o Cabinet / furniture making

o Mould making

o General carpentry skills

Exemplary attendance, reliability and performance

Experience of working on site as well as working in a workshop

Overhead crane and forklift truck experience, moving timber assemblies

Once new employees have completed a successful probation period (3 months) we also offer experience and training in other areas of the business, ensuring a full business understanding and a flexible workforce.
