Experienced Carpenters Required - High-End Residential Refurbishments
We are seeking highly skilled Carpenters to join a specialist team delivering top-tier residential refurbishment projects.
Initial Assignment:
You will be based on a large private house refurbishment site in
Chelsea
, currently at the2nd fix stage
. Duties include the full range of 2nd fix carpentry such as fitting skirting, architraves, doors, ironmongery, and more.Duration & Opportunity:
The initial role is expected to last
approximately 1 month
, with the potential for ongoing work across similar high-end projects. All future sites are located incentral London
.8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Rate: 25 - 27.50 per hour - based on experience and qualifications.
Requirements:
NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Carpentry & Joinery (minimum) Own set of professional-grade tools Proven experience in high-end residential refurbishment Able to provide details for two relevant work references
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: 25.00-27.50 per hour
Work Location: In person
