is recruiting

two skilled Fire Door Carpenters

to join a project in Romford. This role is ideal for experienced carpenters who specialise in fire door installation and have a strong understanding of current safety regulations. We are looking for a pair who can work together efficiently on site.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out remedial work on fire doors and install new door and frame assemblies. Measure, cut, and fit fire door blanks and frames to suit structural openings. Apply lipping to vertical edges of doors as required. Install all appropriate ironmongery, ensuring doors are fully functional and compliant. Work efficiently as part of a pair to maintain project timelines and quality standards.

Requirements:

Blue CSCS Card

with

NVQ Level 2

in Carpentry and Joinery (mandatory). Minimum of 2 years' experience installing fire doors. Strong knowledge of current fire door regulations and safety standards. Must have

own tools

and the ability to work independently.
