Job Description
We are looking for a Carpenter wanting to take a step up into a Supervisor role to work within Social Housing / Property Services .
Responsibilities
Deliver effective and efficient FRA works and Refurbishment including the monitoring of Operatives and Sub-Contractors.. You will only be working within Brighton
Supervising a team and sub-contractors delivering a wide range of FRA works, Installations, Remedials
Salary: 40,000
Van & Fuel card supplied
22 days paid holiday
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 40,000.00 per year

Monday to Friday
