Carpenter
to join our team on aresidential site in Harlow
, starting in one week's time. The role involves bothfirst and second fix carpentry
, delivering high-quality finishes on new build and refurbishment projects.Duties Include:
1st and 2nd fix carpentry on residential properties Fitting doors, frames, skirting, architraves, and flooring Working from detailed drawings and specifications Maintaining excellent workmanship and attention to detail
Requirements:
Proven experience in both 1st and 2nd fix carpentry Own tools and transport Valid CSCS card (preferred but not essential) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable and punctual attitude
