Carpenter
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform carpentry work including framing, roofing, and finishing
- Install doors, windows, and hardware
- Construct and repair wooden structures and fixtures
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, or other materials
- Construct toilet cubicles, vanity units and backducts using predrilled and cut panels.
- Install cabinets, countertops, and molding
- Repair or replace damaged framework or other structures
- Follow building plans to meet project specifications
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a carpenter
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
- Knowledge of carpentry techniques and building codes
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
