Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and versatile individual to join our fast growing team as a Carpenter. This role involves a variety of tasks related to the first and second fix carpentry. Internal works such as, stud walling, kitchen installation, skirtings, architraves, doors & linings. External works include, fascias & soffits, trussed roofs, cut roofs and self build timber framing.

Our projects include extensive refurbishments, renovations & new builds for both public & private sector clients.

Duties

Fabricate and assemble components for various construction projects. Utilise hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Work as part of team to deliver projects both for the public & private sectors. Perform carpentry and joinery tasks, ensuring precision and quality in all work. Ensure H&S compliance throughout. Maintain a clean and organised work environment throughout all projects.

Experience

5+ years proven experience in fabrication & carpentry is highly desirable. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is essential for this role. Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the workday. Previous experience in carpentry is an essential. A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and techniques within the construction field is encouraged. Pay: 15.39-18.00 per hour
