Maintenance 24-7 Ltd are seeking additional carpenters to join our dedicated Projects and reactive maintenance team . The Projects team specialise in the fast fit out refurbishments of commercial properties such as restaurants chains, pubs groups, storage centre's and retail.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a time served Carpenter who has a skilled knowledge of carrying out aspects of carpentry and joinery in a commercial and hospitality environment.

The main duties include working with a core team of engineers to complete fast track projects with constant exceptional deliveryTo be able to carry out all aspects of carpentry and joinery, hanging multiple fire doors, install timber floors, forming bars, wall paneling, waitress stations etcBeing able to work from designers drawings to create their vision

Completion of work sheets, take pride in doing everything you do to the highest standard, a good communicator, who understands the importance of customer service.

The successful candidate will have:

A hardworking, reliable work ethic, flexible as overtime & OOH works may be required depending on client or job requirements.

Previous fabric maintenance or experience in commercial environments, ideally within the commercial or hospitality sector

Trade qualifications

Full set of tools and power tools to complete the tasks required

Being able to work under pressure on busy sites

An understanding of Health & Safety

Full UK Driver's License - Clean
What's on offerCompetitive Salary of 37,500 - 45,000 (dependant on experience)

Overtime available, Flexible Working, Company vehicle supplied, Fuel card, PAYE with 20 days annual leave , Pension scheme- Or Self employed
