Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a carpenter. This role is essential for ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and efficient project execution across various construction and restoration tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in carpentry, construction, and restoration, with hands-on experience in both residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities

Perform construction estimating to assess project costs and materials needed. Execute trim and frame carpentry tasks with precision. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively on the job site. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to guide work. Conduct woodworking tasks including cabinet installation, door hanging, and fixture installation. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment on the construction site.

Requirements

Proven experience in the construction industry with a focus on carpentry. Strong skills in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and project planning.

Previous experience in the restoration industry is highly desirable. Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in physically demanding conditions for extended periods. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work performed. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
