Carpenter Multi Trader
Job Description
We are looking for a Carpenter Multi Trader to work within Social Housing / Property Services. You must have experience within Repairs & Maintenance and have skills below.
The ideal candidate will have not only their main trade as a Carpenter or Plumber but will also have proven experience undertaking a variety of jobs in a reactive maintenance environment.
Undertaking all aspects of repairs/maintenance work (given your skill set) to the required quality standards.
Assessing the work requirements when you get to site.
Communicating with the Call Centre in an accurate and timely manner via telephone to gain each job and to update the service co-ordinators with the work you believe is required and what you have subsequently undertaken.
The ideal candidate will have
Previous Carpentry and Plumbing experience
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure
A full UK driving licence
Needs to be good with working at heights, either ladders or scaffold
Temp to perm Rate: 18 ph
Van & Fuel card provided
Job Type: Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: 18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
