Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled carpenter who is confident in basic plumbing and patch plastering for their client in Walthamstow. This is a mobile role traveling between residential properties.
Responsibilities
Reactive maintenance in social housing properties Carpentry repairs such as hanging new doors, fixing skirtings, architraves etc. Basic plumbing such as push-fit, fitting sinks, taps etc. Patch plastering
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role Strong Carpentry ability UK Drivers License
Package
38,000 - 44,000 per annum Company Van and Fuel Card 23 Days Holiday plus bank holidays Life Insurance Company Pension
