Experienced carpenter ready to supervise sites?

Labour Force Direct Ltd, a leading refurbishment and general building contractor (est. 2003), is looking for a Site Foreman with a strong carpentry background to join our team on a self-employed basis.

Most sites are in and around Taunton. You will not be required to attend our Taunton based office / yard - you can travel directly from home to sites.

This is a self-employed role with the potential to become employed.

Rate of pay 190 / day.

About the role:



To manage commercial refurbishment projects (offices, warehouses, schools etc.) as a working foreman Project values from 5,000 to 250,000 Site teams of up to 10 operatives Responsibility for site organisation, H&S, quality and delivery Supported and managed by a dedicated Contracts Manager

Requirements:



SSSTS qualification (preferred) CSCS card (preferred) Proven carpentry background Site supervisory experience, or an interest in moving into a supervisory role Valid UK driving license Own vehicle required to start with Professional, reliable, quality-focused
