Overview

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of carpentry techniques and be proficient in using various hand and power tools. This role involves working on diverse projects, including the assembly and fabrication of structures, roofing, and masonry tasks. The Carpenter will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Duties

Assemble and fabricate wooden structures according to specifications and design plans. Perform roofing tasks, ensuring proper installation and maintenance of roofing materials. Use hand tools and power tools effectively for various carpentry tasks. Carry out masonry work as required, including bricklaying and stonework. Ensure all work is plumb, level, and square to meet project requirements. Conduct heavy lifting as necessary to move materials and complete installations. Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Carpenter with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and equipment relevant to carpentry work. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents. Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Physical stamina for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods. Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.

Pay: 180.00-250.00 per day
