Our work includes insulation, heating systems, renewables, and property upgrades under government-backed funding schemes. We are now looking for a multi-skilled

Carpenter/Joiner

with general labouring experience to support our Maintenance Department with ongoing remedial works, property reinstatement, and general support across active retrofit projects.

Role Overview:



The ideal candidate will be a skilled Carpenter/Joiner with experience in general construction labouring. You will work across retrofit properties, carrying out a mix of first and second-fix carpentry, minor structural repairs, and general maintenance or making-good tasks post-installation.

Key Responsibilities:



Carry out first and second-fix joinery in domestic properties (e.g., boxing in, skirting, flooring, studwork). Assist with reinstatement and making-good works after insulation or heating installations. Perform general labouring duties, including manual handling, clearing work areas, and basic groundworks. Conduct property maintenance tasks such as fixing doors, locks, panels, and windows. Support maintenance investigations and remedial work for ECO4 compliance. Work closely with surveyors and installation teams to ensure smooth project completion. Adhere to all health and safety procedures and site requirements. Maintain a clean, safe, and professional working environment.

Skills and Experience Required:



Proven experience as a Carpenter/Joiner (NVQ or equivalent preferred). General construction or maintenance labouring experience. Comfortable using power tools and hand tools safely. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Full UK driving licence (essential). Excellent timekeeping and reliability.

Desirable (but not essential):



CSCS card. Asbestos Awareness training.

Pay: 35,000.00-40,000.00 per year
