Job Title: Carpenter/Multi trader - Temp to Perm
Area: Petersfield
Pay: 23 p/h
Role: Social Housing Maintenance Operative
My client is looking for an experienced social housing Carpenter/Multi trader to work on their maintenance contracts in Petersfield and surrounding. Van and fuel card included.
Duties will include:
Carpentry, Plumbing, Tiling, Plastering, Painting and Decorating
Liaise with customers and colleagues to ensure they are aware of progress and action being taken.
Ensure all works comply with relevant health and safety legislations
Ensure work is completed on time
To use and apply a Schedule of Rates for job repairs
Available to cover out of hours emergency call outs in accordance with the Rota.
Complete and maintain paperwork accurately
Requirements:
Wide variety of Multi Trade experience Strong Plumbing skills Social housing/High volume works experience UK Driving Licence
