Responsibilities

Operate carpet cleaning equipment effectively and safely to deliver high-quality cleaning results. Assess the condition of carpets and determine the appropriate cleaning methods and solutions. Communicate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide recommendations for carpet care. Drive to various locations to perform carpet cleaning services, ensuring punctuality and reliability. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of equipment and supplies used during cleaning tasks. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally. Follow all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.

Requirements

Proven experience in carpet cleaning is essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English. A valid Full UK driving licence is required for travel between job sites. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and professionalism. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Physical stamina to perform manual tasks, including lifting equipment and moving furniture as needed.
