Responsibilities

Perform thorough carpet cleaning using appropriate techniques and equipment. Assess the condition of carpets and recommend suitable cleaning methods. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of cleaning equipment and supplies. Drive to various locations as required for service delivery.

Requirements

Proven experience in carpet cleaning or related field is preferred. Strong communication skills to interact with customers professionally. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Valid driver's license and ability to drive to job sites.
