Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting various warehouse operations, ensuring efficient handling of materials, and maintaining a safe and organised environment. Duties

Loading and unloading goods using appropriate equipment such as forklifts

Operating warehouse management systems (WMS) to track stock levels and movements Picking and packing orders accurately for shipment Assisting with shipping and receiving processes, including documentation and labelling Handling materials with care, ensuring proper storage and safety protocols are followed Performing basic mechanical tasks related to warehouse equipment maintenance Supporting construction or refurbishment activities within the warehouse as needed Conducting regular stock counts and maintaining accurate records of all transactions

Requirements

Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided Proficiency in using forklift trucks safely (certification is advantageous) Mechanical knowledge or experience with construction tools is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in stock management tasks Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team Physical fitness to stand for extended periods and handle manual tasks comfortably
