As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting clients with daily activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being in a familiar environment.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing and grooming Support clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety at all times Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when necessary Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities Administer medication as prescribed and monitor client health conditions Document care provided and report any changes in client status to the appropriate personnel

Experience

Previous experience in a caregiving role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and schedules A valid driving licence is advantageous but not mandatory
