We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Case Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support, managing data entry tasks, and maintaining effective communication within the office environment. Duties
Perform general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and clerical duties.
Manage office correspondence, including phone calls and emails, ensuring professional phone etiquette at all times.
Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for staff members.
Organise office supplies and equipment, ensuring that all resources are readily available for daily operations.
Utilise Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations as required.
Support the team in various projects by providing necessary administrative assistance.
Skills
Strong administrative skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
Familiarity with clerical tasks and office procedures. .
Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on professional phone etiquette.
