The role holder will be responsible for delivering high-quality case management and administrative support across all aspects of the Help to Buy - Wales scheme. This includes managing a varied caseload of new and existing buyer applications, processing post-completion events, and ensuring compliance with scheme rules and service level agreements.
Key responsibilities include:
Handling a high volume of detailed cases from application to legal completion
Processing redemption and non-redemption tasks such as subletting, remortgaging, and name changes
Verifying legal and financial documentation in line with scheme requirements
Providing excellent customer service to buyers, mortgage advisors, conveyancers, and valuers
Maintaining accurate records and contributing to process improvements
Supporting colleagues and mentoring where required
What we're looking for:
Strong administrative experience with excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
Confident communicator with a professional and proactive approach
Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience in case handling, mortgages, or shared equity loans is desirable
Welsh language skills are a plus
