We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our HR team as a Case Management Specialist.


Responsible for providing guidance, support and advice to team members on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with FedEx policies and procedures and employment law.

What you will be doing:

Provide advice and support to managers on employee relations issues including grievances, disciplinaries, absence management and performance management which also including day to day queries Full compliance with existing and future KPIs Provide analysis on data trends being logged in Service Now (Purple Gateway) Escalate complex issue to the relevant HR Specialist Ensure all employee relations matters are managed fairly, consistently and in accordance with company policy and employment law Monitor and interpret HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Keep up to date with changes in employment legislation for both UK & Ireland Ensure that all cases are entered onto Service Now (Purple Gateway) Provide coaching to managers on how to use Service Now (Purple Gateway) Liaise with relevant management to arrange disciplinary and appeal hearings Communication with HR Specialists to provide updates

What do you bring with you:

HR Degree / relevant local qualification Proven experience in an employee relations role Strong knowledge of employment law and HR policies and procedures, preferably within a large fast paced organisation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organised with strong attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Exceptional influencing skills an ability to engage with key stakeholders at all levels Good judgement and decision-making skills Excellent communication skills Ability to work to tight deadlines a prioritise a busy workload

Salary: Up to 45,000 Dependent on experience.
