Debt Case Manager

What you'll do:
Manage customer cases
from start to finish, including pre- and post-litigation processes.
Negotiate repayment terms
while maintaining a professional, empathetic approach.
Draft letters and emails
to keep customers updated throughout the process.
Ensure compliance
with legal and company policies at every stage.
Collaborate
with internal teams to ensure smooth case progression.
What we're looking for:
Excellent
communication and negotiation skills
.
Experience in
debt collection, customer service, or case management
.
Strong
attention to detail
when handling sensitive information.
Confident using
Microsoft Office and case management systems
.
Ability to work both
independently and in a team
.
