About the role

As a Casework Administrator, you will support the faculty's student casework processes, including extenuating circumstances, academic misconduct, and attendance monitoring. You will ensure timely and accurate responses to queries, maintain casework records, and support compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements, contributing to a fair and supportive academic environment. This role is a fixed term maternity cover from 1st December 2025 to 1st May 2026


About you

You will have experience in administrative roles, ideally involving casework or student support. You'll be highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident using digital systems. Strong communication skills and the ability to work sensitively with confidential information are essential, as is a commitment to excellent service delivery.
