About the Role
As a
Debt Caseworker
, you'll play a vital role in helping clients manage their finances and resolve complex debt situations. Primarily, you'll work from our offices and outreach locations, providing support through face-to-face appointments, telephone, digital channels and email.
Your day-to-day will include:
Providing practical, empathetic advice to clients facing debt and money problems
Handling urgent cases quickly and sensitively
Managing your own caseload and maintaining accurate, high-quality case records
Preparing financial statements, budgets, and supporting documents
Researching client issues and negotiating with third parties
Communicating complex information in a simple, clear way tailored to individual needs
Working collaboratively with colleagues and contributing to team learning and development
