Key Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound calls to UK businesses
Qualify leads and identify potential funding requirements
Clearly explain Business Cash Advance products and benefits
Build rapport and trust with business owners
Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Accurately update CRM systems with call outcomes
Work closely with the underwriting and closing teams
What We're Looking For
Proven outbound sales or telesales experience (B2B preferred)
Confident, clear, and professional telephone manner
Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Experience in finance, lending, or cash advance is a strong advantage (but not essential)
