The Role

We are looking for ambitious, confident, and motivated Telesales Agents to join our growing call centre team.

You'll be speaking with homeowners across the UK about renewable technology solutions and government-backed schemes such as ECO4 and GBIS, helping families fight fuel poverty and reduce their carbon footprint.

Your day-to-day will include:

Calling warm and cold leads to discuss renewable energy solutions

Qualifying customers for part- and fully-funded installations

Explaining energy-saving grants and funding options (ECO & GBIS)

Booking appointments for our surveyors and installation teams

Providing excellent customer service and accurate product information

Hitting achievable targets with full training and ongoing support
