As a Product Manager within Cash & Cheque Services, you will be responsible for driving both tactical and strategic changes, ensuring product enhancements align with business goals. You will manage customer complaints and escalations, applying critical thinking to balance customer needs with bank priorities. In addition to day-to-day product management responsibilities, you will oversee project management activities, reassess priorities based on strategic objectives, and address new issues as they arise. You will also manage third-party supplier relationships.
