We are seeking a friendly Cash Handler/Dispatcher, playing a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of our cash management services.


This position is integral to maintaining the efficiency and security of our financial goods, directly impacting customer satisfaction and company success.


In this dynamic role, you will manage cash processing, handle dispatching tasks, and collaborate closely with the operations / CIT team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services. Your contributions will support the overall operations and strengthen our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

You shall accurately count, verify, and record cash to ensure precise financial records. You will manage the preparation of dispatching of cash handlers, You will monitor our drivers throughout the day and providing administration support to them from our office. We expect you to maintain up-to-date records of cash movements and report any discrepancies immediately for prompt resolution. You shall work closely with other team members to coordinate daily tasks and achieve departmental goals efficiently. We expect you to adhere strictly to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and security measures. We expect you to participate in regular training sessions to stay current on best practices and compliance requirements.

Requirements

You must be proficient in handling and reconciling cash transactions accurately. We require you to have excellent communication skills to coordinate with our team and clients effectively. Your ability to follow established security protocols for cash handling is essential. It's important that you can manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy. You should work effectively towards time critical windows. Your capability to work independently and take initiative will be crucial for this role.
