Full-time | 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm

At Marshall Motor Group, Peterborough, we're offering an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Cashier Administrator to help drive our finance function forward.

In this role:

Post and allocate all cash sheets (site banking), undertaking journals where necessary Handle queries, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and efficiently. Conduct full bank reconciliations and liaise with relevant teams to resolve discrepancies. Audit current month's cashbook supporting documents, ensuring everything is complete and correctly authorised. Ensure all documents are stored correctly for easy retrieval. Post cash paid entries onto Keyloop (cheques & cleared banking)

We're looking for:

Someone ideally with 2+ years relevant experience in a large accounting or finance office (automotive retail sector experience is a plus) Someone detail-oriented who thrives in a fast-paced, numbers-driven environment Someone with proficient IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, and ideally with Kerridge/Keyloop DMS, though not essential. Someone comfortable managing a high volume of transactions with accuracy and efficiency
Most importantly, someone who's positive, eager to learn, and ready to make a real impact as part of our team
