As a
Cashier/Cloakroom Attendant
, you'll be a trusted part of the guest journey - managing belongings with care, handling payments accurately and ensuring guests feel secure, welcomed and valued.We're looking for:
Experience in hospitality, retail or customer service. Professionalism, accuracy and reliability. A friendly, welcoming manner with strong attention to detail. Confidence handling payments and guest requests.
We offer:
40-hour contract + healthy work-life balance. Extra day off on your birthday. Meals on duty + anniversary stay at one of our hotels. 28 days holiday (rising to 33). Recommend a friend bonus up to 750. Discounts + wellbeing and financial support programmes.
