- Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
- Assist customers in locating products

- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
- Maintain a clean and tidy checkout area
- Keep abreast of all promotions and advertisements

Experience:
- Proficient in basic maths for handling transactions accurately
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Prior experience in a retail or customer service role is desirable
