The Role



As a Cashroom Manager within Cashiering, you will have a proven track record for developing and leading teams using efficient and robust processes. You will have experience of adhering to strict accounting processes and deadlines.

You will be responsible for managing a growing team of Legal Cashiers with all levels of experience, responsible for maintaining the books and records of several firms whilst ensuring compliance with the SRA Accounts Rules.

Your main duties and responsibilities are as follows

:

Manage Client Services & Relationships to ensure our clients receive excellent service Manage a team of Cashiers to drive throughput and ensure workloads are appropriately managed and quality is maintained Develop team skills and capabilities and ensure all staff have an agreed development plan Ensure workloads are adequately resourced and future growth plans are met Ensure compliance with the SRA Accounts Rules

For our Cashroom Manager role, you will need to have:



Experience of working within Legal Accounting Track record of successfully managing a team including experience of conducting performance reviews and providing support and guidance, in line with HR policies Excellent VAT return knowledge, including preparation and submission in line with HMRC rules Excellent understanding of Legal Cashiering Processes and SRA Accounts Rules A high level of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent organisation & communication skills Experience of delivering process improvements An aptitude for problem solving Strong IT literacy

The following are also desirable

:

ILFM qualification or equivalent Experience working with multiple accounting software packages Experience of working with a remote team
