We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Legal Cashiering Supervisor to join our team. Within this role you will be responsible for overseeing the cashiering operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:
Supervise and train cashiering staff. Ensure efficient and accurate processing of customer transactions. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Maintain and reconcile cash drawers and financial records. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures. Monitor and manage inventory levels. Assist in scheduling and workforce management.

Essential

Proven experience as a cashier or in a supervisory role ideally within the Legal sector. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proficiency in using cashiering systems and softwares.
