Overview

The Slot Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of gaming machines within a casino environment. This position requires a keen eye for detail, technical aptitude, and a commitment to providing excellent guest services. The Slot Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining slot machines to ensure optimal performance and guest satisfaction.

Duties

Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of slot machines to ensure they are functioning correctly. Troubleshoot and repair any mechanical or electronic issues that arise with gaming machines. Manage inventory of spare parts and tools necessary for repairs. Assist in the installation of new gaming machines and equipment. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to gaming operations. Provide exceptional guest services by addressing player inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Skills

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and supervise a team effectively. Proficient in basic maths for handling machine payouts and troubleshooting calculations. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on technical issues related to gaming machines. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. A background in guest services is advantageous, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons. You will be working on Passenger Ferries from DOVER to CALAIS daily Van Provided

IMPORTANT:

Min 2 years experience repairing amusement and Slot machines ( Merkur & Novomatics ) Good knowledge of Basic electronics Training will be Provided

Monday to Friday Overtime Weekend availability
