About the Role



Are you an experienced Frontend Game Developer with a passion for building highly-performant, engaging games? We're looking for a

Senior HTML5 Game Developer

to join a dynamic and innovative games team, building interactive casino slot games for both mobile and desktop platforms.

As a key member of the team, you'll work closely with designers, artists, and developers to deliver immersive gaming experiences that look and perform beautifully across all devices. This is a

hybrid

role with just

1 day per month

required onsite in

What You'll Be Doing



Develop and maintain high-quality casino slot games using

HTML5

and

TypeScript

. Collaborate with creative and engineering teams to ensure deliverables are on time, defect-free, and visually engaging. Lead and contribute to architecture discussions, setting the standard for frontend development practices. Optimize performance across mobile and desktop environments. Act as a mentor to junior developers and advocate for continuous improvement in engineering practices.

What We're Looking For



Mandatory Skills:



5+ years of experience in HTML5 and TypeScript development. Strong experience with

PixiJS

,

Phaser

, or similar JavaScript gaming/animation frameworks. Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams with excellent communication skills. Mobile-first development experience.

Nice to Have:



Proficiency in CSS, PostCSS, and SASS/SCSS. Experience with CSS frameworks like

Tailwind

or

Bootstrap

. Strong knowledge of animation techniques (WebGL, Canvas 2D APIs). Familiarity with JavaScript build tools (Gulp, Vite, Rollup). Experience using logging and analysis tools like

Elasticsearch

,

Sentry

, or

Rollbar

. Exposure to 3D development or a background in maths, physics, or statistics. Familiarity with source control systems (Git, SVN). Experience with Jira, Confluence, or other planning tools.
