We are looking for dynamic individuals that put great customer service at the heart of everything that they do. We currently have a number of hours available to be worked in our recently refreshed Lakeside Bar, so are happy to discuss flexible working to suit both you and the needs of the business... however our guests stay 7 days a week so we do need someone who is available to work an acceptable variety of shifts.

As a Casual Bar Staff team member, your main duties will be:

Serving food and beverage products in the restaurant, working within the bar, breakfast or evening restaurant team, and in the future working weddings, functions and other events

Being able to confidently communicate all our food and beverage offerings available to customers

Accurately dealing with all payment transactions (card and room charging) in the correct manner according to company guidelines

Providing a warm and welcoming service at all touch points with the guests ensuring that any queries or requirements are dealt with accordingly

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in a busy beverage service position is requested (must be able to handle alcoholic beverages i.e. 18+)

Attentive, professional customer service skills

The ability to work well under pressure and as part of a fast-paced team

Experience of processing payments (experience of Micros would be advantageous)

As the position covers breakfast or dinner service the employee would need to be available for morning and/or evenings to ensure seamless service for each guest
