Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Assist in food preparation, including pastries and cakes , while adhering to health regulations. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality. Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment.

Experience

Previous experience in a cafe or food service environment is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided. Basic maths skills are required for handling transactions and managing orders. Knowledge of food safety practices is preferred to ensure compliance with health regulations. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. A genuine desire to help customers and create a memorable experience for them is essential.

Pay: From 8.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
