Looking for something different to widen your skill set or to supplement your income?


Due to a successful bid for grant funding, we are looking for reliable and flexible individuals to join our team as Casual CCTV Operators.


This role is ideal for those seeking occasional, ad hoc work.


As a casual worker, you will be offered shifts as and when required, to include night-time, weekends and bank holidays. Shifts are of mixed length from 4 hrs to 8 hrs and there is no obligation for you to accept every offer. Likewise, we are not obliged to provide regular work. This arrangement offers flexibility and is perfect for those looking to fit work around other commitments.


The post is initially funded until 31st March 2026 with the possibility of extending further.


You would be required to hold or qualify for a CCTV operator's licence, training will be provided and you will be based at our state of the art CCTV and Alarm Receiving Centre in Colwyn Bay.


You require a good standard of education with a minimum of 5 GCSE's, or equivalent, and possess excellent communication, observation and dexterity skills.





You will need to be motivated and diligent with excellent interpersonal and team skills with the ability to undertake public space monitoring and answering alarms in a pressured environment.


Applicants will be required to obtain a disclosure check by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and undertake Non Police Personnel Vetting.
