Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, adhering to recipes and presentation standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.

Experience

Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential. Comprehensive knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food handling. Expertise in cooking techniques and food preparation methods across various cuisines. Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
