Job Description

Casual, Class 1 HGV Driver required, 2-3 Days guaranteed weekly, more if suits mutually.

K4 Transport, operating from Accrington, is a family-owned and run Logistics Business with a vacancy for a casual class 1 driver. This role could suit a semi retired driver or someone looking to reduce hours from full time. It may also appeal to someone looking to get into the industry.

Work is available on weekdays with a Sunday start being helpful from time to time, candidates would benefit with excellent rates of pay. The candidates must be available for night outs and be flexible in their approach. Drivers would need to be fit and active enough to offload vehicles, some of which is loose or palletised.

You would need to have had your commercial licence for more than a year, with six points or less on your licence. A good knowledge of driver compliance, vehicle maintenance and general safety would be advantageous.

All candidates will be considered, with flexibility beneficial both for the candidate and K4.
