The Role:
We're on the lookout for efficient, enthusiastic Conference & Banqueting Associates to join our events team. This is a hands-on, physically active role where no two days are the same. You'll be setting up and breaking down event spaces, serving food and drinks, working the bar, and most importantly - helping deliver a smooth, high-quality guest experience.
What You'll Do:
Set up and take down event spaces including furniture, equipment, and service areas
Serve food and beverages during sit-down meals, buffets, and networking receptions
Assist with bar service and the flow of guests throughout the event
Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service at all times
Follow clear instructions from event leads and supervisors to ensure smooth delivery
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and personal presentation
What We're Looking For:
Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely
Previous experience in food service, events, or hospitality is highly desirable
Presentable and professional appearance with a focus on cleanliness and hygiene
Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Looking the Part:
