We're currently seeking a

talented and driven Conference & Events Sales Manager

to join our vibrant team. This exciting role will be central to our growth strategy, responsible for driving revenue, and expanding our market reach.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Identify and secure new business opportunities across the corporate, conference, and leisure sectors. Drive event bookings including corporate functions, private celebrations, and bespoke events. Meet and exceed sales targets across rooms, event spaces, and food & beverage offerings. Follow up on inbound enquiries and proactively engage prospective clients through outbound calls and emails. Conduct site tours and promotional visits with prospective clients. Manage and support the sales team to achieve collective goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Negotiate contracts with clients to secure bookings.
Administrative & Financial Responsibilities:

Monitor and report on event, hire sales on a monthly basis to the GM, identifying areas for growth. Maintain accurate records of all bookings, contracts, and sales correspondence. Collaborate with the Accounts Dept & GM to ensure timely invoicing and payments. Liaise with internal teams (operations, catering, technical staff) to ensure seamless event planning and execution. Analyse sales data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
Essential Skills & Experience

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales role, ideally within the conference/events or hospitality industry. Strong commercial awareness with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and client relationship skills. Solid understanding of CRM systems and database management. Outstanding written and verbal communication.

Pay: 35,000.00-40,000.00 per year
