Job Description

We're seeking Casual Delivery Coaches to help us deliver our Youth Development Phase football provision!

As a Casual Delivery Coach you will help us coach and mentor young players in our Youth Development Phase teams in either Shrewsbury or Ludlow to inspire and develop their skills as a player and as part of a team. Our YDP programme is essential in providing a platform and progression route for players pursuing football, and we're looking for a passionate and inspiring individual to motivate players to showcase their talent by delivering a syllabus to players which aligns with the Shrewsbury Town Academy's coaching programme.

This is a casual role with the rate of pay dependant on experience.

Roles and responsibilities will include:

You will be expected to:

Coach and mentor age groups within the Midland Junior Premier League (MJPL) - U9's to U18's
Deliver our Youth Development Phase programme alongside the coaching team

Represent Shrewsbury Town Foundation and promote a positive brand image. Be a positive role model to young people. Uphold our values to engage, develop and inspire the local community.
Essential requirements:

UEFA C coaching qualification

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Work Location: In person
