NET is an adult training and skills-based provider delivering high-quality, responsive education across towns and communities throughout Lincolnshire, Humberside, Hull, Nottingham, Derby, York, and everywhere in between.
Our vision is to be inspiring, innovative, and outstanding.
Our mission is to enrich the lives of all by providing high-quality, responsive education and training.
Working hand in hand with employers, we deliver skills for employment -- helping adults gain practical qualifications, work-based tickets, and the confidence to progress into sustainable jobs. We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Casual Tutors to deliver a range of short, intensive 2-week training courses that prepare adults for employment. Each course is designed to help learners build real-world skills, gain practical qualifications, and move quickly into work -- often through direct links with employers and live vacancies.
No two days are the same -- you'll work across various NET centres and community sites, delivering engaging, employment-focused sessions that change lives.
We are particularly keen to hear from tutors with experience in: Security / SIA (Door Supervision, CCTV, Security Guarding) Warehousing & Logistics (including FLT, manual handling, and supply chain operations) Hospitality & Catering (front of house, food safety, barista, or kitchen operations) Health & Social Care (entry-level care, support work, first aid, safeguarding) Business, Retail & Customer Service (office admin, sales, leadership, customer relations) Construction & Trades (CSCS, site safety, or sector-related tickets)
If you're an experienced professional who takes pride in your trade and wants to inspire the next generation of employees, we'd love to hear from you.
At NET, we believe great tutors change lives -- join us and help learners build the skills, confidence, and qualifications they need to succeed.
In return for your experience and skills, we can offer you a good salary, pension membership, access to a wide range of other Group benefits and opportunities for career progression and personal development.
