The Lancashire Manor Hotel is currently looking for casual waiting on and Bar staff to join the team. Hours of Work - Casual basis as and when required. Hours will include Evenings and Weekends.

Job requirements:

Work behind a busy bar serving drinks to customers requirements. Serve drinks, refreshments and meals, to ensure they are presented to the customer at the highest standards. Undertake any cleaning, washing up and tidying as required. Ensure all specified areas are maintained in a clean and hygienic manner at all times. Assist in collecting any payments for services and keep secure.
Candidate requirements:

Previous bar/hospitality experience is advantageous. Customer service and communication skills are essential. Flexible to work even evenings and weekends, sometimes at short notice.

As a Casual Food and Beverage Assistant, you will be integral to delivering outstanding hospitality and customer service in our establishment. Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, your role involves serving guests, ensuring their needs are met, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. You will utilize your core skills in serving and communication, along with premium catering expertise, to enhance the dining experience. Your relevant skills in food preparation and safety, along with any barista experience, will further support our commitment to quality service and guest satisfaction.
