Join our team as a Front of House Team Member and be an integral part of creating an exceptional experience for our guests. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in providing friendly, engaging and professional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Provide recommendations on menu items
- Process payments using POS systems accurately
- Uphold high standards of food safety and hygiene practices
- Work collaboratively with team members to deliver exceptional service

Experience:
- Prior experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment preferable
- Knowledge of wine would be great, but full training will be given
- Strong guest service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment within the kitchen and wine bar setting
